We help those affected by the DANA together with Cooper Vision

Together with Cooper Vision, one of the world’s largest contact lens companies, we have helped nearly 50 opticians affected by the DANA in the area devastated by the flood.

Thanks to the generosity of Coopervision Spain and a crowdfunding campaign carried out among its employees, we were able to deliver nearly €25,000 in total aid to opticians in Albal, Alfafar, Catarroja, Massanasa, Paiporta, Picanya, Sedaví, Algemesí, Cheste, Chiva, L’Alcúdia, Xirivella, Aldaia, Benetússer, Alginet and Alaquàs.

Although Vision Mundi usually focuses its work on international development cooperation, we felt we should make an exception to support this meaningful solidarity initiative.
