  1. USERS: Access to and/or use of the FOUNDATION’s portals confers the status of USER, who accepts, from such access and/or use, the General Terms of Use set out herein. These Terms shall apply regardless of any General Contracting Conditions that may also be mandatory.
  2. USE OF THE PORTAL: The FOUNDATION’s Site provides access to a wide range of information, services, programs or data (hereinafter, the “Content”) belonging to the FOUNDATION or its licensors, accessible to the USER. The USER assumes responsibility for the use of the Site. This responsibility extends to any registration required to access certain services or Content. In such registration, the USER undertakes to provide truthful and lawful information. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY: The FOUNDATION, either in its own right or as a licensee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights to its web pages, as well as to the elements contained therein (including but not limited to images, sound, audio, video, software or texts; trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, and the computer programs necessary for operation, access and use), owned by the FOUNDATION or its licensors. All rights reserved. The USER must refrain from deleting, altering, bypassing or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on the FOUNDATION’s pages.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY: The FOUNDATION shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may arise, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the Content, lack of availability of the portal, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the Content, despite having adopted all necessary technological measures to prevent this.
